Mr. Willett has been a physical therapist for 28 years, a private practice owner for the last 25 of those years and a successful partner in the FYZICAL family of private practices for the last 10 years. Willett is a Southwest Florida native and a 1997 graduate of the Hogeschool (University of) Eindhoven, The Netherlands. He enjoys surrounding himself with those that take their careers seriously, but who can have fun with their patients and colleagues while doing it. Residents and physicians in the Naples/Bonita area have relied on he and his staff with a high level of trust, of which he’s proud of yet humble to acknowledge. He enjoys celebrating staff and patient clinical achievements and surprising staff with company outings, all in effort to create a culture of hard work, mutual respect, responsibility, loyalty and compassion.
