FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Lehi, Utah is expanding and seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who enjoys hands-on care, teamwork, and helping patients regain confidence in movement.
This is not a high-volume therapy mill. Our clinic model supports focused treatment sessions, collaboration with Physical Therapists, and measurable patient outcomes.
What You Can ExpectManageable Patient Schedule
Base Pay: $26 – $33 per hour (based on experience)
Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus
Up to $1,000 per month based on clinic performance and bonus metrics.
Estimated Annual Earnings With Consistent Bonus Achievement
Approximately $66,080 – $80,640 annually ($31.75 – $38.75 hourly equivalent), based on full-time hours and consistent achievement of monthly bonus metrics.

- Implement treatment programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs
- Provide manual therapy techniques as directed
- Educate patients on home exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and document outcomes
- Maintain a supportive, team-focused clinic environment
- Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or license eligibility
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
