- Evaluate children and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services for pediatric patients
- Address fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-care, emotional regulation, and developmental skills
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and healthcare providers
- Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to support progress at home
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and team collaboration
- Foster a fun, engaging, and supportive therapeutic environment
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in South Carolina (or eligible for licensure)
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
- New graduates with pediatric clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
- Experience with sensory integration, developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, or feeding therapy is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for working with children and families
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to clinical excellence
