Salary: $90,000-$100,000 (commensurate with experience)

Your Role as Clinical Director

• Lead and oversee day-to-day clinic operations
• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy care
• Set and maintain clinical excellence and best practices
• Mentor, develop, and support clinicians and staff
• Collaborate with ownership on clinic growth and performance
• Drive patient experience, outcomes, and clinic culture
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and compliance

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas (or in final stages of licensure)
• Prior leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong desire for autonomy, accountability, and growth
• Confidence in mentoring, coaching, and team development
• Pelvic health experience or interest is a plus
• Self-driven leader who enjoys building and improving systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
