Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Care Specialist located in Collegeville, PA. As a Client Care Specialist, you will be the welcoming face of the clinic, managing front desk duties including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries. You will assist in managing patient records, insurance verification, and documentation while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor. The role will also involve coordinating with therapists to ensure seamless patient care and monitoring clinic inventory and supplies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Familiarity with administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and managing patient information
• Organizational and time-management abilities to efficiently complete tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using office software and tools such as MS Office and scheduling systems
• Experience in healthcare settings or knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and maintain a positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in healthcare or administration is a plus
