This is a full-time, on-site position for a Physical Therapist, based in Eugene, OR. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patient needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy for a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and balance-related conditions. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes, tracking progress, and educating patients on at-home care and wellness strategies. Providing compassionate, patient-centered care and contributing to their overall health and recovery is a top priority.
- Expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and related clinical practices
- Strong knowledge and application of Medicine and Patient Care
- Experience and skills in Home Care and patient education
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients
- Valid Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Oregon
- Commitment to professional development and adapting to advancements in the field
- Background in working with balance disorders or neurological conditions is a plus
