- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy with a patient-first mindset
- Help establish clinic culture and patient experience expectations
- Opportunity to assume supervisory or leadership responsibilities as the clinic grows
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with at least 6 months of experience
- Active Texas PT license or ability to obtain one
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset
- Interest in outpatient orthopedics, geriatrics, or pediatric specialty is a plus
- Leadership interest is a plus, but not required
