Job Description
A well-rounded Audiologist with a passion for making a difference in the lives of others is sought by Blue Water Ear Nose & Throat with Balance and Therapy by FYZICAL. We are a dynamic, patient care organization committed to the health and wellness of individuals of all ages.
This position requires collaboration with a small team including an otolaryngologist, physical therapist, office manager, and client care specialists.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in vestibular disorders and hearing disorders, plus experience dispensing hearing aids. Exceptional interpersonal skills, a solution-oriented mentality, and a desire for ongoing growth are also essential.
We offer a very competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus a bonus structure. A signing bonus may be available pending necessary licensure and starting date.

Responsibilities
- Be part of a team of audiologists that dispense premium-hearing instruments
- Work with a multidisciplinary team including specialists in physical therapy, Ear, Nose & Throat and audiology
- Help further develop a hearing aid component to the balance and hearing center program
- Conduct diagnostic/vestibular tests
- Assist your team in providing hearing aids
- Be an instrumental part of growing the audiology program
- Collaborate with other department clinicians
- Perform a full range of diagnostic hearing and vestibular testing including VNG, CDP balance testing
Required Skills
- At least 1 year of professional audiology experience
- Some experience with balance disorders preferred
- AuD - audiology doctorate degree
- Balance disorder knowledge a plus
- Doctorate of audiology (AuD)
