Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Client Care Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from appointment scheduling to follow-up. Your proactive communication and organizational skills will help foster strong patient relationships and support the overall efficiency of our practice.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
- Verify patient insurance information and update medical records accurately
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointment details, instructions, and follow-up care
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Support medical administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure patient needs are met efficiently and compassionately
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with healthcare regulations
Requirements
- Prior experience in a medical or dental office setting helpful.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare administrative procedures
- Strong office experience with proficiency in scheduling software and electronic health records systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
