Position Overview

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Longmont, Colorado is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist (DPT) to join our outpatient team. This role is ideal for clinicians seeking strong earning potential, career growth, and a positive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and deliver treatment in an outpatient setting

• Create and execute individualized plans of care

• Treat a varied patient population including:

  • Orthopedic injuries and post-surgical cases

  • Balance and vestibular conditions

  • Neurological diagnoses

• Complete timely and accurate EMR documentation

• Work collaboratively with PTAs and clinical staff

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners and the local community

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Colorado

• New graduates encouraged to apply

• Pelvic floor experience or strong interest is highly desirable

• Strong interpersonal and clinical decision-making skills
