FYZICAL® Therapy & Balance Centers – Franklin, NC is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing outpatient clinic. We specialize in balance therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, neurologic rehab, orthopedic care, and pelvic health, serving patients throughout Franklin and surrounding communities.

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: $80,000–$90,000

• Profit Sharing: Up to $1,800/month

• Student Loan Paydown: Up to $50,000

 What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients in:

  • Balance & vestibular rehab

  • Neurologic rehab

  • Orthopedic rehab

  • Pelvic therapy (optional training available)

• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

• Deliver hands-on, outcome-driven patient care

• Educate patients on injury prevention, movement, and wellness

• Accurately document patient progress and outcomes

• Collaborate with a motivated, mission-driven outpatient team

 Qualifications

• Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate from an accredited PT program

• Passion for balance, vestibular, neuro, and orthopedic rehabilitation

• Open to both new graduates and experienced PTs
