Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time
Location: Plantsville, CT
Pay: $26–$35 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care by:
- Assisting Physical Therapists with patient assessments and treatment plans
- Performing therapeutic exercises and procedures to support recovery and wellness
- Documenting daily treatment notes accurately and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Educating and motivating patients throughout their rehabilitation journey
- Supporting continuity of care through effective communication and follow-through
What We’re Looking For
- Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant (or eligible)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient care and continuous learning
- Compliance with all state regulatory requirements
