What You'll Do

• Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
• Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
• Answer phones and assist patients with questions
• Register new patients and maintain accurate records
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Collect copays and outstanding balances
• Communicate with physicians, referral sources, and patients
• Maintain documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Keep the front office organized and running efficiently
• Support the clinical team with day-to-day administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a medical office, healthcare, front desk, or customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems is a plus
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Healthcare experience is preferred, but we're happy to train someone with the right attitude, professionalism, and customer service skills.
