What We Offer
- Highly competitive salary: $95,000–$105,000 (commensurate with experience)
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
- $2,500 annual tuition/continuing education bonus
- Predictable schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Optional additional hours for those who want flexibility or increased earnings
- Health stipend: $2,400 annually

Position Overview
This role blends hands-on patient care with clinical leadership. You’ll deliver exceptional one-on-one therapy while helping guide best practices, mentor clinicians, and maintain a positive, high-performing clinic environment.
- 40-minute treatment sessions and 60-minute evaluations
- Emphasis on outcomes, patient experience, and clinical excellence

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular care
- Lead by example in clinical quality, professionalism, and patient engagement
- Collaborate with ownership and staff to enhance clinic operations and culture
- Mentor and support team members to foster growth and retention
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and clinical standards
Ideal Candidate
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible) in the state of practice
- 3 years of clinical experience preferred (leadership experience a plus)
- Passionate about patient-centered, one-on-one care
- Comfortable mentoring, guiding, and collaborating with a clinical team
- Motivated to grow professionally and help shape a thriving clinic
