In this position, you’ll work closely with the Shift and Team Leads to improve production flow efficiency and manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the team.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Operating our DTG printers and conducting quality checks on all printed items
- Performing preventative maintenance to make sure equipment is running efficiently and producing a quality product
- Maintaining an organized production flow to minimize stuck items, late orders, and reshipments and suggesting improvements to the process
- Helping ensure that teammates are following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Setting an example by adhering to safety, quality, and production standards
- Upholding team standards by retraining individual teammates to improve their performance and help them meet goals
- Assisting in providing a safe, clean, and productive work environment
- Performing other duties as assigned

- Be able to stand for long periods of time
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1–2 years relevant work experience in a warehouse setting
- An understanding of technical printing
- Having the following will be an advantage
- Technical post-secondary studies or a Bachelor’s degree
- 3–5 years of experience in the printing industry or in a warehouse setting
