Your daily tasks will include:
- Operating our state-of-the-art printers using DTG technology (a method that prints ink directly on clothing to produce a high-quality and vibrant product in a more sustainable way)
- Making sure that all equipment is properly maintained, set up correctly, running efficiently, and producing a quality product
- Maintaining all auxiliary equipment needed to operate your workstation
- Performing quality checks on all items you print and keeping defects to a minimum
- Solving basic mechanical or software problems when machines aren’t working correctly
- Reaching daily production goals set by your team lead
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Work well as part of a team
- Multi-task and manage your time efficiently
- Think critically when solving problems
- Prioritize quality in all your tasks
- Have an eye for detail
- Follow instructions, schedules, and procedures
- Be punctual, reliable, and accountable
- Be good at working with your hands
- Learn quickly and work with a sense of urgency
- Be on your feet for most of your shift
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience
- An understanding of technical printing
