Position: Warehouse Shipper 3 (Lead)
Position Status: Hourly Nonexempt
Reports To: Shipping Supervisor
Location: Bond St or American Blvd location in De Pere, Wisconsin.

Position Summary:
To provide assistance to those that work within the warehouse (shipping/receiving/transportation team).
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform daily duties pertaining to Lift Truck Safety Checklists.
- Ensure all inbound/outbound products meet FyterTech Quality Standards.
- Be responsible for managing daily outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery of shipments
- Support the process of loading/unloading truckloads with the assistance of fellow shipping employees to get incoming/outgoing truckloads loaded and unloaded in the most efficient manner.
- Verify accuracy of inbound/outgoing loads per packing lists and bills of landing.
- Prepare necessary paperwork for shipments including Bill of Lading, Packing Lists, Export/Import documentation, and others as required.
- Verify inbound receipts, process paperwork and report discrepancies in a timely manner, record/report inbound metrics.
- Assist Warehouse Coordinator in resolving tactical carrier issues that could disrupt service
- Manage Dock Schedule – schedule ALL inbound/outbound shipments to maintain established metrics and efficient use of equipment and personnel.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining warehouse metrics/benchmark system, gather data at established intervals, and report findings to management as well as post established metrics for warehouse personnel.
- Represent the warehouse team regarding safety policies and compliance and attend safety committee meetings.
- Be an active participant of the ongoing training and development within the department for each employee.
- Fill in for Warehouse Coordinator during coordinator’s absence.
- All other tasks as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- High school diploma required and a minimum of 2-5 years of Logistics/Operations experience
- Computer skills to include basic skills with the ability to learn reporting within the FyterTech systems.
- Sets a positive example, exhibiting a can-do attitude
- Actively support company initiatives through words and actions
- Personally comply with the policies set forth in the FyterTech Handbook
- From time to time, may be required to stay beyond their shift (with very little notice) to resolve process issues, or participate in team problem solving
- Good written and verbal communication skills and must be proficient in reading and writing English.
- Flexibility for nonstandard work hours – flexible with own shifts and work hours
- Ability to multi-task and interact with internal and external customers
- Ability to perform daily duties pertaining to Lift Truck Safety Checklists.
- Maintain inventory accuracy throughout assigned task(s)
- Ability to lift more up to 45 lbs.
- Physical ability including climbing, bending and repetitive motions
- Demonstrate effective organizational and time management skills. You have the ability to set and adjust priorities, meet deadlines, and work with minimum direct supervision while effectively handling several projects at one time.

Work Relationship and Scope:
Reports to the Shipping Supervisor. Works closely with all other colleagues at FyterTech to accomplish established goals. Works daily with highly confidential business and employee information.

Working Conditions:
Work is performed within the normal FyterTech setting. Prolonged and frequent mental and visual concentration required. Periodic stressful situations in response to multiple priorities within established deadlines. Must be able to bend, twist, turn and lift/move up to forty-five pounds.
