What You’ll Do
Operate and monitor production machines
Perform setups, changeovers, and adjustments
Inspect products and ensure quality standards
Follow all safety and PPE procedures
Package, stack, and prepare materials
What We’re Looking For
Machine operation or mechanical experience preferred
Positive, self-motivated, and a team player
Able to lift 50 lbs and handle physical tasks
Good communicator, adaptable, safety-focused
