What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Machine Operator - Mon-Thur. 12-hour Swing Shift position at FyterTech Nonwovens, LLC?
Will work 12-hour swing shifts rotating every two weeks, 1-week Monday through Thursday, 1-week Monday through Wednesday
Starting at $18.00 and up, $2.50/hr. shift premium for working 6pm-6am
*$1,500 Sign-On Bonus

Basic Job Duties
Assist our Crew Leads with set up, operating, or tending to equipment that may perform various functions in the production of absorbent pads.
- Follow all safety procedures
- Assist to ensure that the machine is running at optimum level.
- Produce and package products according to specifications.
- Perform quality checks to monitor physical characteristics of product and take corrective action as needed.
- Assist with machine clean-ups, set ups and change-overs as required.
- Make machine adjustments using basic hand tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

- Ability to lift and occasionally carry 50 pounds and can perform physical labor(climb, bend, etc.)
