Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Specialist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team that mixes, pours/sprays, polishes, and seals custom concrete fire features and countertops. Your expertise in GFRC and a RimCraft Spraying Machine, as well as experience using a RimCraft MaxMixer and InterTool hand-held planetary polisher is necessary. This position will need to take the lead with co-workers while also doing the work as well.
Duties
- Mix, pour/spray, wet polish, and seal custom concrete products
- Lift and carry heavy concrete pieces from place to place in the shop, loading onto the trailer, and help with delivery/install at local locations
- Package up fire and water features on pallets
Qualifications
- Prior experience in GFRC and a RimCraft Spraying Machine
- Familiarity using a RimCraft MaxMixer and InterTool hand-held planetary polisher is necessary
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and concrete equipment
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work well with others
- Capable of lifting at least 100 lbs AND work in FL heat with an outdoor production shop with fans only (no air conditioning)
- Hold a valid driver's license with NO prior DUI history and speak fluent English
