Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
- Diagnose and manage ocular conditions, including contact lenses and some low vision care
- Provide prescriptions and treatment plans while collaborating effectively with staff
- Maintain accurate patient records in our electronic health system
- Deliver care to a varied patient base, including a strong Medicaid population
Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution
- Active California Optometry License (Medicaid credentialing preferred)
- 1–2 years of clinical experience
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Spanish language skills helpful, but not required
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, flexible. Some evenings and Saturdays
- 14–16 patients per day / 20-minute exams
- Competitive compensation starting at $500/day production bonus
