What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Sales Associate position at FYE?
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Sales
- Adheres to all corporate Sales and Customer Service programs and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Actively supports the store in complying with and conducting contests and promotions.
- Operations
- Maintains and controls all expenses to ensure store profitability. Makes all Associates partner in cost savings measures.
- Protects all corporate assets by following Loss Prevention guidelines.
- Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Provides for a well maintained, clean, and organized store to support efficient operations and a pleasant shopping environment.
- Merchandising and Marketing
- Effectively merchandises store in accordance with corporate communications.
- Strives to continually increase personal product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- The candidate should possess one year of prior retail experience, but isn't required
- The candidate must possess professional and customer service skills and attributes.
- The candidate must be available for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
