Responsibilities

• Open and close the store securely, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately
• Assist customers with inquiries, product knowledge, and resolving issues to enhance their shopping experience
• Supervise daily store operations, including cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
• Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new team members
• Manage stock levels through merchandising, stocking, and inventory control to maximize sales potential
• Train and develop team members on customer service standards, POS systems, and operational procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention protocols

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in retail or customer service environments
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills, including bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred
• Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for sales transactions and inventory counts
• Knowledge of retail industry sales techniques, merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory management
• Experience with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training staff members
• Organizational skills with attention to detail in bookkeeping, payroll processing, and operational tasks
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Familiarity with retail management software and operational tools such as POS systems and inventory control software
