We are looking for reliable, hardworking Laborers with prior construction background to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting safe, clean, and efficient job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and clean construction areas
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and supplies
- Dig trenches and grade surfaces
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete tasks efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
Work is primarily outdoors and may involve exposure to all types of weather conditions.
Job Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in construction or general labor
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions
- Commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability for early morning shifts and occasional overtime
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
