Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Body Shop Technician with strong fiberglass repair skills to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Perform body repairs on trucks, including fiberglass and composite materials
- Repair, sand, prep, and refinish damaged surfaces
- Assess damage and provide accurate repair estimates
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a body shop technician
- Strong fiberglass repair experience (preferred)
- I-CAR certification (preferred but not required)
- Must have own basic body shop tools
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to use body shop equipment effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
