To add to this expertise, we are recruiting for a Mechanical Piping Superintendent in Memphis, to join our collaborative and team focused organization.

As our Mechanical Piping Superintendent you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day tasks on site. Providing specialized knowledge and expertise in executing projects and ensuring design, budget and schedules are met.

• Provides direction to subcontractors and on-site FWS employees in conjunction with monitoring quality of work being performed.
• Ensuring that safety procedures are communicated and adhered to on site. Coordinate regular meetings to warrant a safe and efficient work environment.
• Collaborates with Construction Manager and Project team on a regular basis to report on status of Project.
• Build and maintain effective working relationship with the owner, the client, inspectors and other stakeholders.

• 5-10 years of Mechanical Field Fabrication and Installation experience required while in a supervisory position
• Journey Person Certification required
• Proficient with reading and interpreting 3D models, drawings and specifications.
• Experience with supervising a team and can exhibit strong leadership skills.
• Must have experience with Hydro Testing (NDE)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
