Role Description
FWRM Labs is seeking a full-time Chief Development Officer to join our team on-site in Beloit, WI. The role involves leading the development and execution of strategic fundraising initiatives, including planned and annual giving campaigns, fostering philanthropic relationships, and creating effective fundraising strategies. Responsibilities also include overseeing budgeting for development programs and aligning donor engagement strategies with organizational goals while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in Planned Giving and Annual Giving, with the ability to manage and grow donor relationships
- Proven expertise in Philanthropy and Strategic Planning to identify opportunities for organizational growth
- Strong skills in Budgeting and financial management as related to development initiatives
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in donor relationship management tools and fundraising platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, or a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
- Previous experience in a senior leadership development role is highly desirable
