We're an established California wine importer and distributor, representing a carefully curated portfolio of independent European wineries, primarily from Italy and France.

With new leadership, an expanding portfolio, modern technology, and ambitious growth plans, we're building a different kind of wine distribution company: one that combines exceptional wines, genuine relationships, and the speed and efficiency today's market demands.

We're expanding our sales team across Southern California and looking for passionate, motivated, and entrepreneurial Outside Sales Representatives to join the adventure.

The Opportunity

We're looking for people who love wine, know their local market, and genuinely enjoy building relationships and generating business.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be on the front line of Franco Wine Imports, introducing exceptional wines to restaurants, wine bars, hotels, and independent retailers.

You'll manage and grow your own account base, develop new business, and work directly with your Territory Manager to achieve sales objectives.

This is a field-based position for someone who enjoys being out in the market, meeting buyers, discovering opportunities, and closing deals.

What You'll Do

• Prospect, develop, and open new on-premise and off-premise accounts within your assigned territory.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with wine buyers, sommeliers, restaurant owners, and hospitality professionals.
• Present and sell our portfolio of Italian, French, and other European wines.
• Grow existing accounts through regular visits, recommendations, and exceptional customer service.
• Conduct wine tastings, staff trainings, and portfolio presentations.
• Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Work closely with your Territory Manager on account development, sales strategies, and market opportunities.
• Keep customer information, sales activity, and opportunities updated in our CRM.
• Collaborate with our sales coordination and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Who We're Looking For

• Previous experience in wine sales, preferably wholesale or distribution.
• Existing relationships with restaurant, hospitality, and retail wine buyers in Southern California are a strong advantage.
• Good knowledge of European wines, particularly Italian and French.
• A natural ability to prospect, build relationships, and close sales.
• Self-motivated, organized, persistent, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
• A team player who can work effectively with a Territory Manager while taking ownership of personal results.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
