- Serve as the primary point of contact between the contractor team and the government client
- Oversee large-scale visual media campaigns from concept through final delivery and installation
- Supervise on-site creative staff and an off-site production facility team
- Recommend production materials and equipment based on cost, quality, and use case
- Provide cost estimates for production items and services
- Rapidly resolve technical problems during visual material preparation
- Personally oversee on-site installation of banners, exhibits, and booth setups
- Respond in person to client meetings, consultations, and walkthroughs on short notice
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing large-scale graphic design, photography, and production efforts, including federal agency contract oversight
- Demonstrated experience managing visual media campaigns from concept through delivery and installation
- Experience supervising off-site production teams and providing cost estimates for production services
- Strong working knowledge of graphic design, photography, and production standards, tools, and equipment
- Must be able to reach DOL's Frances Perkins Building (FPB) headquarters in Washington, DC within 2 hours of notice for in-person meetings and installations
- Prior direct work experience with the DOL Office of Public Affairs Creative Services Division is required
- PMP or equivalent program/project management certification
- Experience managing creative production contracts specifically for a federal public affairs office
