Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data from digital platforms, media monitoring tools, and stakeholder engagement activities
- Develop dashboards and reports for leadership
- Translate complex data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with communications staff to ensure metrics inform strategy
- Support evaluation and continuous improvement of communications campaigns
- Incorporate audience feedback and performance metrics into assessments
Qualifications
- Experience in data analysis or metrics reporting
- Experience developing dashboards and reports
- Experience with digital platforms, media monitoring tools, or data visualization software (e.g., Google Analytics, Meltwater, Cision, Sprout Social, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
