FW Logistics is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to help run day-to-day operations at our Indianapolis facility. This is not a sit-back role — you’ll be on the floor, operating equipment, helping move freight, and keeping things flowing.

We’re Specifically Looking For Someone Who

• Has solid forklift experience
• Understands shipping & receiving
• Is comfortable in a pallet-in / pallet-out environment
  
  

You’ll work directly with the Warehouse General Manager to make sure the operation runs efficiently, safely, and accurately.

Details

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Pay: $19/hour
• Location: 3714 N. 700 W., Greenfield, IN 46140
  
  

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment daily
• Handle shipping and receiving processes (loading, unloading, verifying freight)
• Work within a pallet in / pallet out operation (no overcomplication — move product efficiently and accurately)
• Audit and route paperwork to ensure correct shipments
• Help train new employees and set the tone on the floor
• Communicate clearly with team members and leadership
• Keep workflow moving and solve problems as they come up
• Step into other warehouse roles when needed
  
  

Requirements

• 2 years in a warehouse environment
• Strong forklift operation skills (required)
• Experience with shipping/receiving
• Familiar with palletized freight operations
• Basic computer skills
• Someone who doesn’t say “that’s not my job” — you jump in and handle it
  
  

Physical Side of the Job

• Standing and moving most of the day
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Working in a warehouse with temperature changes
