Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and experienced litigator to join our team. The successful candidate will be integral in maximizing outcomes for our clients and ensuring a stress-free litigation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle personal injury litigation cases from initial signing through to trial resolution.
- Serve as lead counsel during trials, demonstrating strong advocacy and litigation skills.
- Collaborate with a team of high-performing attorneys to ensure high-quality client representation.
- Assist in intake support by sharing responsibilities with our talented intake team.
- Participate in scheduled, periodic on-call duties to address after-hours calls from prospective clients regarding serious or catastrophic cases.
- Educate clients and potential clients about their rights and legal options.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years' experience practicing personal injury litigation.
- Proven trial experience as lead counsel is required.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
