What are the responsibilities and job description for the Forklift Operator/Plant Worker - Tupelo, MS position at FV Recycling?
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklift and skid steer
- Inventory baled products daily
- Load and unload trailers using forklifts
- Feed and operate baling equipment
- Feed materials into sorting equipment
- Other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Forklift experience required
- Skidsteer experience preferred
- A basic understanding of machinery operations is preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and reach for long periods of time. Lift 50 lbs multiple times per day, enter and exit equipment safely, work in open air environment, and ability to operate equipment for extended periods
- Ability to assist the Supervisor with all PM and repairs as needed
- Work 40-50 hours per week
