What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prep Cook position at Fuzzy's Taco Shop?

*EXPECTED TO OPEN SECOND WEEK OF NOVEMBER 2022. WILL REQUIRE TRAINING PRIOR TO OPENING DATE
- Job duties include but not limited to:
- Prepare and prep food according to recipes
- Properly store and rotate food
- Organize food storage and kitchen equipment
- Able to read and understand prep amounts and follow instructions
- Consult with management to organize the execution of caterings, taking into consideration factors such as costs and special event needs.
- Have a great attitude
- MUST HAVE FOOD HANDLER PERMIT BEFORE STARTING
