FOH Manager

Fuzzy's Taco Shop is seeking an experienced FOH manager. We would love to meet you!

TLDR: This is a closing position. The pay is real. It's a combination of base, tips, and a TON of support from ownership. You MUST have experience and be prepared to multitask in a fast-paced environment. If you do not have managerial experience in a restaurant, preferably with alcohol service, please apply for our Cashier opening. The pay is also great there!

WE ARE SEEKING A PERSON FOR:

• You will be the leader of your shifts and the lead point of contact for guest service. You will have a mix of cashiers/bartender(s) to lead during your shifts.
• The right candidate has experience in FOH management or shift management, with excellent instincts for prompt & thoughtful guest service.
• Experience with bartending or bar management is strongly preferred.
• This position is for closing shifts. We offer 100% closing, or 80% closing if the right person needs a blended / flexible schedule. We close at 10pm Sunday through Thursday., and later on Friday/Saturday.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Be present in the dining room, ensuring guests have a great time and our team is supported
• Ensure food and drinks are accurate and quality-checked, both dine-in and takeout. MOD's check all takeout orders before bagging. We are very serious about accuracy!
• Ensure all nightly closing & cleaning is completed (we have checklists to support this)
• Secure the shop at close, and handle basic office closing of cash drawers
• Be aware of safe/proper food handling, and regulations around alcohol service
• You will NOT be asked to handle other managerial duties, such as placing orders, scheduling, running caterings, etc. We want you to be fully focused on guests having a fantastic experience!

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
