About the Role
Fuzzy Friends Rescue is seeking a creative, organized, and mission-driven Marketing Coordinator to support the organization’s social media, marketing, fundraising promotion, and public communications efforts.

This role may be structured as either a full-time or part-time position depending on experience and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

· Create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms

· Develop graphics, captions, reels, stories, and promotional posts

· Highlight adoptable animals, rescue stories, fundraising campaigns, and sponsor recognition

· Design flyers, newsletters, social graphics, event signage, and promotional materials

· Assist with photography, videography, email campaigns, and website updates

· Support marketing efforts for Barkin’ Ball, Bow Wow Bingo, Guardian Angel Society, adoption events, and fundraising campaigns

· Assist with sponsor recognition, donor communications, and event materials

· Organize digital files, templates, photos, and marketing assets

· Assist with basic technology and event support when needed

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

· Minimum 2 years of marketing, communications, nonprofit, or social media experience preferred.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

· Proficiency in Canva, Adobe programs, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.

· Photography and videography experience preferred.

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Professional, proactive, and team-oriented work ethic.

· Passion for animal welfare and nonprofit work.
