We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Commercial Buyer to join our Burlington, WA team! Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and profitability through proactive business development, strategic purchasing, and strong relationship management.
As a cornerstone of our renewed growth strategy, the Commercial Buyer will play a vital role in re-engaging dormant accounts, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer partnerships in a competitive environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise, established vendor connections, and a proven record of success in sourcing and account development.
Compensation:
- $100K - $115K (some flex depending on experience)

What You’ll Do:
- Finds new business opportunities and strengthens existing client relationships to grow sales and market share
- Follows up on all sales leads
- Attends meetings and events to attract and retain customers
- Keeps the customer database updated and stays in regular contact
- Uses account management strategies to build loyalty and increase sales
- Works with Commercial and Operations teams to meet client needs and maintain service standards
- Promotes a strong customer service culture within the procurement team and across the company
What You Bring:
- 5 years of proven success in sales or account management, preferably in heavy industrial, demolition, recycling, oil & gas or similar
- Post secondary education in business, marketing, or sales, or equivalent experience
- MS Office and some CRM exposure is an asset
- Driven, hardworking team player
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug/alcohol testing
