| 1 | Maintain the Continuous Improvement KPI's for the whole value stream. Define and implement the Continuous Improvement procedure and strategy. Provide recommendations and monitor trends. | |||
| 2 | Performing statistical analyses to help guide decision making across projects and teams. Research and analyze data using a variety of software programs, including spreadsheets, statistical analysis, and database management programs. | |||

| Experience | 1 year manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. | |||
