About the Role:
The Supervisor in Training position is designed to develop future leaders within the Consumer Support Services industry. This role focuses on equipping candidates with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage teams and enhance customer satisfaction. Through hands-on training and mentorship, the Supervisor in Training will learn to implement best practices and drive operational excellence. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Previous experience in a customer service or operations support role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
- Internship or practical experience in a management or supervisory capacity.
- Familiarity with Excel, PLEX, Microsoft platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Outlook), and MES systems.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated team leadership and coordination skills.
- Experience in team-based writing or collaborative documentation is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily operations of the customer support team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to learn effective team management and conflict resolution techniques.
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide feedback to team members to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with senior supervisors to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure the team is meeting expectations.
