About the Role:
As a Sourcing Project Engineer in our Consumer Support Services industry, you will be responsible for managing and executing sourcing projects to support our business objectives. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
- English/Chinese fluency required
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Experience in the Consumer Support Services industry
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g. CPSM, CSCP)
- Experience with e-sourcing tools and platforms
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
