II. Job Summary：
According to the company's requirements, organize the collection of relevant regulations and standards, analyze and evaluate, establish and maintain the company's integrated management system. Responsible for communication and coordination to ensure that internal and external requirements are met. Organize and implement the whole process of first-party, second-party and third-party system audits, regularly analyze the results, and continuously improve the effectiveness of the integrated management system.

Representative Duties

Organize to collect Integrated management system standards and regulations. Convert, distribute and utilize the standards and regulations to establish and maintain required management system, including Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental and Laboratory management system. (IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 17025).

Prepare and update the annual audit plan (including system audit, process audit, customer audit, third party audit, production line, shift, management review), and organize the implementation.

Assign work tasks to ensure that the second-party customer audit and third-party audit pass smoothly.

Responsible for the approval of the audit report results, control the audit overview, and ensure the effectiveness of the audit.

Organize the analysis and evaluation of audit results and disputes in the system operation process, identify gaps, and continuously improve the company's comprehensive management system and optimization process, especially inter-departmental interfaces.

Organize the preparation of management review (IATF16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 17025) data reports, preside over management review meetings, sort out management review decisions, and arrange follow-up and closure of cases.

Responsible for supervising the implementation of company rules and regulations and company management processes, identifying non-value-added processes, weak links and risk points for improvement.

Organize special investigations on abnormalities, compile special investigation reports, issue non-conformity reports on problems found in the investigation, require rectification within a time limit, and follow up and close the case.

Responsible for communicating with internal and external parties (customers, third-party certification bodies, etc.) to ensure that requirements are met (Q1'MMOG'sustainability assessment'CSR'BIQS etc.).

Plan the annual training plan of the system, improve the knowledge of the comprehensive management system of internal employees, and ensure that the relevant system qualifications (system internal auditor qualification certificate, process auditor qualification certificate, etc.) are effectively maintained. Improve working performance, cultivate team members and improve working competence.

Organize to improve work performance, train team members, improve work ability, improve departmental cooperation satisfaction scores, and strive for the best team award.

Organize and implement departmental KPI indicators and decompose them into individual KPIs. Conduct monthly performance evaluation and preparation of departmental monthly analysis report.

Job Requirements

Language

Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and/or Mandarin. It is required that the personnel be fluent in one of these languages to include the following:

Ability to read, understand, and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.

Experience

More than 5 years of field quality management experience; or more than 3 years of auditor experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above (Management or Science major is preferred)

Physical Condition

This position will require you to work in an office environment at a desk and interact with others on the manufacturing floor, regularly requiring standing or sitting for long periods. Must be energetic and able to work under pressure. Duties will include long periods of viewing a computer monitor.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
COMPUTER SKILLS - Knowledge of and familiarity manufacturing software.1. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); 2. Proficient in statistical analysis techniques; 3. Proficient in solving problems and finding solutions in systematic way.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS - excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional Knowledge, Skills

Glass manufacturing techniques and technological process; Systematic knowledge about 5S and project management;

QC quality tool; Systematic knowledge related to IATF 16949 quality management system; Various methods and tools of six Sigma;

Systematic knowledge related to ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 17025 management systems

Analyze and solve problems by using QC quality tool;

Analyze and solve problems (SPC, FMEA, MSA) by using Six Sigma methods and tools; improve process and efficiency by using lean manufacturing method; knowledge of customer quality requirements;

Manage and improve field, department and personal level by using 5S knowledge;

Certificate qualification: IAFT16949/ISO14001/ISO45001/ISO17025 internal auditor certificate, process auditor certificate, etc.

Training Required

Systematic training regarding glass manufacturing technique, field management and TPM;

Systematic training regarding quality management theory and tool application;

IATF16949, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, ISO 45001 management system internal auditor

APQP/FMEA/Control Plan/SPC/MSA/PPAP core tools

Understanding various customer requirements regarding system and quality;

V. Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses and steel-toed work boots.
