Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Southlake, TX, for a Lead Technician. The Lead Technician will be responsible for installing, programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining comprehensive technology systems for both residential and commercial clients. The role involves conducting site evaluations, ensuring efficient project execution, collaborating with team members, and providing exceptional customer support. The position requires adherence to industry standards and quality assurance practices to deliver high-performing and reliable solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in installing, programming, and maintaining audio, video, phone, data, security, and control systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently
- Strong skills in project management, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines
- Excellent customer service and communication skills for client interaction and support
- Experience in residential and commercial technology integration is a plus
- Knowledge of wiring, networking, and system configuration
- Capability to work on-site and manage technical tasks at client locations
- Relevant technical certification or degree in electronics, IT, or a related field is beneficial
