Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced SharePoint & Workflow Developer to support a large-scale Enterprise Content Management (ECM) migration from IBM FileNet to SharePoint Online. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing SharePoint-based solutions, workflows, and migration strategies while working closely with business and IT stakeholders onsite. Required Skills & Experience:
Experience in ECM migration strategies and execution
Experience with migration tools (ShareGate / Metalogix / AvePoint)
Knowledge of REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API
Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions plus)
Strong understanding of IBM FileNet P8: Document classes, metadata, Content Engine, Process Engine, FileNet workflows
