Job Description: Enterprise Technical Architect Location: Campbell, CA (3 days/week in office, Hybrid) Duration: Long term Contract Role Type: Strategic Leadership / Technical Governance KEY COMPETENCIES
Architectural Patterns: Mastery of Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Serverless patterns.
Full-Stack Fluency: Deep roots in modern web tech (TypeScript/React, Node.js, or .NET/C#) with the ability to vet and adopt new frameworks rapidly.
Cloud & DevSecOps: Expert-level knowledge of Azure or AWS, specifically regarding multi-region availability, container orchestration (K8s), and automated security gates.
Data & AI: Understanding of Vector Databases (Pinecone/Milvus), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns, and how to govern AI data privacy at the enterprise level.
Adaptability: A proven track record of "learning in public" the ability to master a new language or platform within weeks to solve a specific architectural bottleneck.
Experience: 20 years in software engineering, with 4 years in a dedicated Architecture role.
Mindset: You value "Simplicity" over "Cleverness." You prefer boring technology that works but have the vision to experiment with cutting-edge tools when the ROI is clear.
Communication: Ability to facilitate "Architecture Decision Records" (ADRs) that gain consensus across divergent engineering teams.
