Junior Business Analyst
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid Onsite presence required)
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and process requirements.
- Evaluate current workflows and propose process improvements or automation opportunities.
- Create and maintain process maps, business process models, and documentation.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to translate requirements into functional deliverables.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and validation activities.
- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops to align business and technical objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling, analysis, and documentation methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, or similar.
- Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user stories.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks.
