About FutureScape USA
Following a successful inaugural event, FutureScape USA returns for its second year, continuing to bring together landscapers, suppliers, manufacturers and industry leaders from across the United States. As one of the fastest-growing events in the landscaping industry, we're looking for a motivated Sales Intern to help drive our continued growth.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on B2B sales experience, work alongside an experienced team and play a key role in expanding one of the industry's leading events.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective exhibitors, sponsors and partners.
- Reach out to landscaping businesses, suppliers and manufacturers via phone, email and LinkedIn.
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
- Support the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Keep CRM records up to date and manage sales activity.
- Assist with market research and sales campaigns.
- Represent FutureScape USA professionally in all client interactions.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence speaking with people over the phone.
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- An interest in sales, business development or events.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
