Site Supervisor

A site supervisor ensures our adult friends and neighbors with developmental disabilities have the support they need to carry out meaningful community lives.

Primary responsibilities:

• Provide management support for a team of direct support professionals
• Create and/or coordinate both individual and program-wide opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with a wide range of publics
• Assure overall compliance with regulations, policies & procedures, and standards of performance
• Address maintenance, safety and resource issues as needed
• Serve in the emergency on-call rotation
• Perform DSP assignments when necessary
• Must be able to respond to unplanned or emergency situations that require working overtime, evening, overnight, weekend and holiday hours
• Oversee the daily operations of an apartment complex to include maintenance, rent collection, be the contact person for applications/lease renewals, address tenant concerns in a timely manner, HUD compliance, conduct routine tenant meetings, general facility and apartment cleaning.

To be considered, the following education/experience is required:

• High School diploma/GED
• One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a community residential setting
• One year of supervisory and/or management experience
