Job Description
Position Title: Regional Manager (Middletown)
Reports To: Senior Vice President
Qualifications:
• Minimum of eight years' experience supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities,
Developmental Disabilities, Autism, and Acquired Brain Injury.
• At least five years of supervisory experience.
• Strong independent assessment, observation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CT DDS and CT ABI policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills across various settings, with demonstrated ability to effectively
manage people.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to exercise discretion, work independently, and handle tasks with general supervision.
• Flexibility and a positive attitude.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
• Minimal lifting of office-related equipment or supplies may be required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and manage multiple job demands in a busy environment.
• May be required to operate Agency vehicles and transport consumers in a personal vehicle.
• Occasionally may need to lift or restrain consumers and could be exposed to risks from
individuals with physically aggressive behavior.
Salary: $50,000/annually / Schedule: Full-time exempt/ 5 days per week
Job Goal:
To ensure that all assigned program services are delivered effectively by supervising, scheduling, and
monitoring staff; enforcing standards, policies, and procedures; and maintaining a consistent
management presence in the Middletown offices.
