Position Details:

Working Hours: 40 hours weekly, from Monday to Friday

Student Age Group: Elementary,Middle School
Responsibilities:
-
Teach special education students in grades 2-4 at Eyler Elementary in Airport Community Schools.
-
Manage classrooms with 8-10 students in a cross-categorical setting.
-
Provide instruction and support for students with diverse needs and any special education endorsement (ASD, CI, SLD, EI).

Teach in two classrooms at Arborwood North Elementary within Monroe Public Schools for grades 2-4.

Manage middle school rooms at Wager Middle School within Airport Community Schools for special education students.
Qualifications:

Valid special education endorsement (ASD, CI, SLD, EI).

Experience in teaching special education at the elementary or middle school level.

Ability to manage cross-categorical classrooms.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and staff.
