Job Description
Provide emotional, social, and academic support to students.
Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address issues affecting student performance.
Respond to crises and provide appropriate interventions and support.
Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop strategies to help students succeed.
Identify and refer students and families to appropriate community resources for additional support.
Maintain accurate records and document all counseling sessions and interventions.
